I had my daughter's 5th birthday party here last year. I would not recommend. As previously stated, they give you 15 minutes to set up. I showed up 15 minutes before my daughter's party only to stand there for 15 minutes waiting for a table to clear. I was able to set up when guests were arriving and it was party time. They charge $4 for a pitcher of "juice" which turned out to be watered down Kool Aid. It is bad when 5 year olds are complaining about the Kool Aid. The kids enjoyed the time, but the management of the facility is awful. As everyone states customer service is non-existent. Deposit is required, but not returned so consider that in the pricing, too.

Jumpin' Jungle is under new ownership. The young lady who now owns it keeps it very clean and gives excellent customer service. FANTASTIC experience!

AWFUL customer service. We were treated horribly and then told by the owner that we were 'fortunate' to be able to go at all.

Awful customer service

I am so disappointed to have to write his review and do so with a heavy heart. I cannot believe the experience we had as parents. It was awful. We had scheduled a party for my daughter at the last minute and were excited to be able to use this place. The last time we were there i saw the owner argue with some customers about socks and just figured that those guests had been difficult. When i scheduled my older daughter's party there we had an extra fee added, but I walked away thinking it wasn't worth a fight. Today we had a misunderstanding which quickly escalated. In our hurry to schedule and have the party (4 days) we had missed that we needed to make a deposit- it hadn't been mentioned in the confirmation call but it was in a email we misread. We didn't realize it until thy asked 5 min before the party. The angry teenager said my husband had yelled at her. (That isn't possible he never raises his voice especially over money.) She called her boss and said "these people are such jerks". After I had asked she blow up the bouncers because it was 5 min until 12 and there were 10 kiddos there already. She blew up the bouncer and I had a ridiculous conversation with the owner who every time I told her we apologize I will get my checkbook please let me get off so I can write you a check continued to argue. I continued to say this is silly it was a misunderstanding and she continued to argue. The conversation resolved when she explained the deposit was for the cleanup and we'd get it back. So we paid for the party in full. At the end of the party they refused to give it back even though the place was spotless stating we hadn't paid it soon enough. When we paid the deposit we also paid the balance o the party which it clearly states is not due until the end. The girl said we were lucky to have the party. During the party the teenager sat in the computer but there wasn't a single kid issue while all of the parents supervised. I wish we could go back. But I will ever return to a place that is so angry about little things. Life is too short for that much anger.

I decided to have my childs bi...

I decided to have my childs birthday party at this facility. I have to say I was very disappointed in the service I recieved from the employees and the policy in which they follow.

They give you *15* minutes to set up and decorate for your paid party! My guests arrived ofcourse while I was still trying to set up the nice decorations I had for the event. Very embarrassing as I had to explain the time policy. Then, throughout the party, you are constantly approached with your time constraint, and have to clean your area and move all your decorations and belongings atleast an hour before your party is scheduled to end out of the located party zone (even with your PAID party hours). Embarrassing once again. If that wasnt bad enough, or stressful... The whole time your kids are jumping they have an extremely rude teenager (im guessing the bosses daughter)walking around observing and telling your guests to stay off of the bouncers (which is fine, but not when theyre helping a child in and out!).

The only positive out of this birthday, was my child enjoyed the two hrs jumping.

I would not reccommend a party at this location, unless you want to be completely time restricted and encounter rude employees.

Perhaps they should consider their employees and policies to better suit families.
