Niagara concessions owner is rude and ripping customers off ! I ordered the baby cone for $.99 for my 11 year old daughter the small was $2.58. Being such a huge price difference I assumed the small was a double scoop so the baby cone would be one scoop and just enough. When the owner handed me the cone I asked her if she was kidding me. The cone was the size of a highlighter pen with a dab of ice cream on top of it. I mentioned that she should tell people when the cones are that small. I told her she should refund my money and she just stood there and looked at me. I ordered the small and left. Considering I was dissatisfied and dealing with the owner you would think she would offer to refund my $1.00. No such luck. If she is doing that with ice cream cones I can't imagine what she is doing with rest of the concessions. My suggestion is don't waste your money!
