Provided by YP.comMillions of dollars were wasted to make "improvements." Very little changed except the main hallways of the mall were nearly void of any Christmas decorations. Joining in the crowds and decorations were always a vital part of the Christmas shopping experience. In a year when the economy is negative and retailers were trying to put people in the mood to shop this was a serious mistake.
Next year I'll travel from Erie to Cleveland or Pittsburgh where someone besides Ebenezer Scrooge was consulted as a decorator!
