THE ABSOLUTE PITS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT'S NO WONDER THEY HAVE SUCH LITTLE BUSINESS. THE CLERK DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO A RETURN, WOULDN'T CALL CS, SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO USE HIS CELL TO CALL CS HEADQUARTERS, PASS IT OVER TO THE CLERK, AND SHE HAD TO TAKE DIRECTIONS FROM THEM!! SHE STILL COULDN'T COMPLETE IT CORRECTLY AND THE SUPERVISOR REFUSED TO CALL THE CS NUMBER. SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW IT. I don't mind if the clerks don't know how to do something but when the supervisor makes no effort to help out, that goes beyond ignorance. there are many former customers that underwent the same miserable treatment. sorry to say but good riddance to Peebles in Erie.

This store is in a small plaza, but it is a great find. Variety of merchandise, and the service and attention can't be beat.

This department store is in a central location. You can get the same stuff here as you would at any of the stores in the mall but you can skip the hassle of parking and walking. You can be in out fast with a bag full of "RED DOT" sale items!
