I got my girls pictures taken today there and they have a special for 19.99 after 45 min of fighting for that special the guy wanted me to buy almost 600.00 worth of pictures are you kidding me?? I came in for the special I'm not spending that much on a holiday picture. I will be going some where else next time that's for sure!

I have 2 toddlers, and go to school full time, as well as work full time. I have been trying to get family picture for close to 6 months, finally I was able to make it. I arrived the first time, but had to reschedule. The second time I arrived, there were no issues other than the fact that I came in 1-2 minutes late to an appointment at 250pm...I was told that they could not do the pictures...since I was not there at 250 they had to take the 3pm appointment. They said if I wanted pictures I should arrive on time and the next available time they had was at 5pm. I had to be back at work by then. They where very rude and disrespectful. I got my while family together in between jobs and out there and they couldn't be bothered. They advertise "walk-ins welcome"... I got a 4yr old ready and a 1.5yr old ready along with my husband. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN! I went to JC-Penny's Portrait Studios and had my family pictures done there. I spent almost $300.00 that I would have spent at Portrait Studios. JC-Penny's was very nice and accommodating and the Photographer(professional) stayed late just to take pictures of my family...and they are supposed to be by appointment.
