I rented their limo for my wedding this past Saturday and all I have to say is that they exceeded my expectations. The limo driver was on time and very professional. The limo it self was super nice it was really clean and comfortable and not to mention that their prices were by far most reasonable than any other I called. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Rupp limousine.

2nd Strike against Rupp Limo Customer Service. The service was acceptable. Owner calls the following day to complain we did not tip enough and wanted us to make up the difference. A tip (also called a gratuity) is a voluntary extra payment made to certain service sector workers in addition to the advertised price of the transaction. Such payments and their size are a matter of social custom. Why is a company providing the service demanding this voluntary extra payment? The first time using Rupp Limo service the gratuity was all ready set prior to the service and based on that service they would not have received anything if it wasn't all ready set and paid for. A message to the owner, Robert Hafenstiner Jr., take a customer service class.

I had an awful experience with Rupp. I was taking pictures on the altar after my wedding ceremony. The limo driver had the nerve to come up to me on the altar and interrupt to tell me he needed to be paid on the spot for an extra half an hour because I was running over on time. Are you kidding me! Can you say totally unprofessional?!?! When the company was called the next day to complain, the person on the phone didn't apologize for anything. Why would he when they already had my money. They don't give a crap about customer satisfaction. Worst service ever! One star is generous. I would give them 0 if I could!
