I bought a washer from Brad and Brian late summer and it's working like a charm. Now, short on funds, my dryer died it's final.death. I went straight to Best Appliance to get a dryer. They worked with me on price and I got it delivered, set up an hour later. It works wonderfully and I'm confident it will continue to do so. I highly recommend this store! Especially if you're low on money.

I purchased a washer and dryer set from these con men and did 15 loads of laundry and the washer broke. They came out....a appliance repair company and they couldn't fix it...what a joke. They stated they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Learn from my mistake stay away from these crooks!!!

Our fridge went out and we called these guys and they came right over. The repairman was able to quickly fix my problem and save my groceries. The repairman was also very polite and professional. I would highly recommend.

Called this service out because my washer had stopped working and the gentleman told me that it was the power board and I would need to be replaced. I ended up calling GE and they came out to repair it. The power board was perfectly fine. The door lock was broken, not only that there were 3 error codes on it and the repairman from best appliance there were no error codes. He told me that I needed to pay $350 for a new power board. He had no idea what he was talking about! I called his boss which of course did not offer to give me my money back and made excuses for his employee.
