Got there and they were over booked and waited for hour and a half. There was probably 40 people behind me at 9:30 when I left. Then the kicker was when I returned with the car the attendant said leave it running took the keys then said do you need a receipt I said yes he said it would be a while or he would email me a receipt. I said email was fine then I got back to my house in Arkansas and they send me a receipt on Saturday as if I had just turned the car in and charged me an extra 225.00. Beware I’m not sure what kind of fraud is going on there but something isn’t right. I called them to dispute it and got an email back to tell me sorry about the luck. I disputed it with American Express and I will get my money back, but it’s principle that they are that poor of a company. No sorry about your wait, because a guy was out of paper I got screwed and he was likely joy riding. I will walk before I rent another car from this crappy company. Next complaint is to the BBB then onto yelp I want everyone to beware!.
