I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional, there were kids running around, a dog being handled by the women handling the dresses, and what seemed to be just random people in there staring at you. I had to call the week prior to my bridesmaid dress being done only to have them act as if they never knew a thing about it. Very unorganized. For the price I paid to have my dress "altered" it looks worse than it did before I brought it in and with having to wait so long there wasn't time to bring my dress some where else. Be very cautious if bringing something here.

This alteration shop came under new ownership/management in October of 2014. I had a fairly expensive alteration prior to the new ownership and was dreading the expense for my wedding dress alterations, but Denise charges a much more fair price than the previous owner. I had quite a few things done to my wedding dress...some things were taken in, others taken out...a bustle put in, the dress was hemmed, a strap moved, etc. I felt I paid a very fair price and my bridesmaids also paid HALF of what I had a year prior for similar work. They worked well with a deadline and if something wasn't exactly right, they fixed it at no additional charge until you were happy!

Aweful experience. Had my daughter's prom dress to be hemmed. Late and no communication. Hacked the dress and tried to pass it off as ok. I'm a guy and even I could tell that the thing was lopsided! No apology, only grief. We live an hour from this place and ended up making four trips before it was done.

Very unprofessional, not organized, very unpleasant experience for me and my wedding party. I would never recommend going here. Take you business elsewhere!!!
