Very rude, uncaring, and make all kinds of promises that they don't stand behind!! We paid $499.00 for a useless tire shield policy and $2400.00 for this extra Route66 policy that apparently won't cover anything anyway!! We live 1.5 hours from this location and on the day we were to pickup the unit they couldn't bother to let us know it wasn't ready. We were told it had to be cleaned and most of their staff was at a camping show. We had to wait several weeks and make several phone calls to find out when we could get the unit. When we finally got the unit it was still dirty and had dog food under the master bedroom (which by the way they charged us for the "cleaning"). The paperwork for the title and plates didn't come when they said it would and in fact we had to call them on it and when it finally arrived the vin# was wrong so that was another delay. We have had the unit in a few times now for work and it is only a 2013 model.

today 9/16/2014 and they were not closed. We were traveling through Michigan and our hot water heater went out. We stopped at this store and they fixed it within an hour. We were back on the road within 1.5 hours. They were so very nice and went out of their way to see that our needs were taken care of.

Unfortunately this Escanaba home location store can not compare with their Ishpming branch. They are rude , uncaring , and do not stand behind their promises .

I made an appointment to have my coach pressure tested for water leaks as they have the only heated indoor shop in the area. There were some frozen pipes which needed to thaw out overnight if needed in order to test the fresh water / heater system. After being in their shop for an hour or so , I was told to leave their property as more important jobs were pending. I was charged 280.00 for them refusing to help in any way. The service lady was rude, uncaring , . The acting store manager was little help only providing lip service and excuses for the service department. Beware of their practices if you do need to go there for service which they do not provide!
