Going to Escondido optical is a mistake. Not only is George rude but his ego is the most important thing, NOT the customer. He pushes his choice of frames on you and bullies you into making a decision. He has no regard for his customers' feelings and is very impatient. Picking the correct glasses that make a person feel comfortable is extremely important and most people have a hard time choosing and need opinions from other friends or family members. This is not acceptable to George and he will belittle his customer for insinuating he doesn't know how to do his job even though he does not know these people from Adam. What a horrible experience. He even said that an exchange was possible and then 3 days later recanted stating that the "inordinate amount of time choosing the frames" and the outside opinions were the reasons he could no longer exchange the glasses. He had sold men's frames to a woman claiming they were women's frames. There is no room I'm customer service for a person with this attitude and all parties involved including the administrator and our ophthalmologist who makes the mistake of recommending this business are all hearing from me.
