I tried this place out a few times. They are really good with the kids but lack in ability to cut hair. One time they were too busy socializing with each other and cut my son's ear. I didn't realize it until we got in the car. I thought my son was just afraid of getting his hair cut. He kept pointing at his ear and that it hurt so when I finally looked, it was bleeding and there was a scissor mark. The times my daughter had her hair cut, when we got home there was always a section of long hair that seemed to get missed.
