After 15 years of being a loyal customer i encountered a moment that made me lose all respect for this place and it was over $20.00.

i purchased a pipe and i asked the guy running the store if they hade any cases for the pipe.

I tell him i like blue and he walks over, picks out a case and shows me that the inside has a few pockets for supplies.

I say it looks fine and he shoves the pipe into it and zips it up.

just after getting home i open it to realize it is crammed in there. There is zero room left, i couldnt even use the side pockets if i wanted to.

i return 3 days later and kindly request to upgrade my case and if the $20.00 i spentnon this case can be credited to a new case. i assure him it hasnt been used, no pipe has seen the inside of the case.

he picks it up, opens it and sniffs it, "it smells like resin, i cant do a return."

i insist nothing has seen the inside of the case but he refuses to cooperate. I leave the case and tell him to do what he wants with it, throw it away, whatever, and i leave, but not before telling him to expect a Yelp review.

Screw this business, put the effort in and go anywhere else, but not here.
