Still Needs Improvement

I have had a problem with this franchise on and off for the past 18 months. From botched orders to grabbing the pepper packets instead of the spices. The most recent order was overall fair. The pizza tasted fine, but was not cooked 100%. It did not have the golden brown crunchy crust, but rather a soft doughy texture and beige color. Not just one pizza, but both. Also on this order they must have been color blind because they gave me the red pepper packets instead of the green spice ones I had requested. It was an online order, so there should be no excuse for anything. It is too bad I was nice and still tipped 18%.

Update - Decided to try these people again. Placed on online order for carryout and waited for the e-mail. Never received one after 15 minutes. Called them and they stated the pizza was ready. Then the e-mail showed up. The rudest staff ever. And a cold pizza
