Needed roadside assistance/towing service. Originally, I was told that a tow truck will be over to me in an hour. An hour passes by and no tow truck in sight so I called the company to follow up on the tow truck. When I called, I was put on hold and immediately hung up on. Called back subsequently and put on hold again. Then, hung up on a second time. Called back a third time, and was put on hold for about 15 minutes to tell me that it was going to be ANOTHER HOUR after waiting for more than an hour already plus the 15minutes that I was put on hold. I had asked and stated if I was told that it was going to take 2 hours from the get go then I would have been fine but that was not the case. Instead, the guy who I was talking to named FRANK said that it's a Monday and that they're backed up and I said that I understood. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was very unfortunate when Frank had told that he is the manager and that he is done with me. When I had previously mentioned that I called a couple of times and got hung up on both times, once by him, Frank said sarcastically that he cannot stop the world for me. And I replied with saying that I know he can't stop the world because no one can...I mean, if you're stranded in the middle of nowhere and in need a tow truck company, I strongly do not recommend Roadway Auto Towing. The manager out of all people is very rude, uncaring and disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a different towing/roadside assistance company. Stay safe and lock yourself in your car because FRANK-enstein might get you. Additionally, I really don't even want to give it a star but yp requires you to at least give it a one star rating!!!!!!!

Horrible service! After waiting for an hour after ETA the driver "massin" picked up my car and towed it less than 15 mins away I waited at the destiation with my ride for over an hour and a half! After that Massin backed up my car and ended up HITTING AND DAMAGING my car and claiming it wasnt him. I clearly saw him do it and if I didnt tell him to stop he would have hit it worse! When I called the office to complain they kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me the man in the office was very rude saying" mam' I have four phones ringing all day I dont have time for you or your car, it's a '92 and a piece of junk. Get a new car and suck it up." I cant belive my insurance would send me this piece of shi* service!!!!

Roadway Auto Towing tried to assess an additional towing fee based on some made up number of miles that they claimed my insurance company would/would not cover. When asked to wait to confirm with insurance company, the driver insisted that he had other customers he needed to get to and that since I wouldn't "believe" him, the only option left was to leave the car.
