RSI was started to help homeowners get what they want, and to help San Diego County meet its climate action plan. We have on staff a BPI Building Analyst & Envelope Professional, who is also a certified HERS rater. That means everything we do will focus on aesthetics, reduced maintenance costs AND energy efficiency. Our building codes are always changing, and it is important that you choose a company that is up to date and current on health and safety, as well as Title 20 and Title 24 energy codes.
