I wish that I could give 0stars! I wish that I could give her 0 stars. Raquel Pasala (1 of the 2 Viewpoint agents) is a nightmare! Do not get involved with her even if she is the selling agent on your dream house, find another house. She would not disclose info when asked for it then she would get mad and blame us the buyers when something could not be done because we stil ldid not have the info that we needed from her. She lied to us on almost a daily basis. She would speak on behalf of the bank she was selling for and say things that the bank had not said and that they were going to cancel on us because she had a personal vindetta against our real estate agent. DO NOT WORK WITH HER!! She is a terrible agent and a HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING! I honestly have no idea how she got a job working with people.
