I can't put into words how dissatisfied I am, I'm furious. Our contractor recommend West Coast Pools and trusting his judgement, we hired them. Every Thursday for a year, one of their employees would come by our house, skim the bottom of the pool, and fiddle around with the chemicals in the water. After experiencing repeated issues with the pool's equipment and getting only temporary, quick fixes with little to no communication, we fired West Coast Pools and hired a different, highly-rated company. That's when the utter neglect was brought to light. The pool was never brushed. Calcium deposits were allowed to build up all along the edges of the pool. The pool equipment was not well maintained. The filter was never cleaned - it was GREEN inside and completely impacted with debris. We're now spending $500 to replace the filters. A shovel had to be used to clean out the bottom of the filter encasement because there was just *that* much debris in there. I can sum up West Coast Pool's service in just one word: NEGLECT
