Esko's Lincoln High School is a public institution that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades seven through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 500 students and operates on a two-semester schedule, offering quarter, semester and yearlong classes. In addition to the basic state requirements, the school offers classes in writing, algebra and social studies for high school and college credit; classes in computer programming and applications; business and industrial technology classes; and courses in the fine arts. It also offers music programs, including seventh, eighth, ninth and senior high concert bands and junior and senior high choirs. The institution has a media center supervised by a full-time media specialist, computer labs, counselor, psychologist and nurse. Special education services are provided both in-house and through a special education cooperative. The school is affiliated with the Esko Public Schools and is located in Esko, Minn.
