Did not think it would be possible, but there is in fact delicious sushi in Espanola! Heard about the local newspaper ranting and raving about this place and felt it need to be looked into. The salmon and tuna sashimi are excellent, as well as the octopus and squid nigiri. Try the New Mexico roll, the green chili mix adds a flava of NM to sushi! If you like sushi you must try this place out.
