I would give them 0 stars if I could.



I called R & E for an estimate on window springs and replacing a sliding door. Two very nice men came out to my house to take measurements and check the windows. They were courteous and professional and gave me a good estimate.



So what's the problem? The same man that gave me an estimate said he'd call me to confirm price and schedule a day to do the job. He didn't call back. I called him a few days later and he still didn't call back. I called R & E to find out what was going on. They said they would pass the message along and still no call. The next time I called R & E they were a bit stiff on the phone.



After 10 days I gave up and went elsewhere for my business.



What was that all about?
