We call David for help with a water problem. He came out within 1 hour, diagnosed our problem and determined that he couldn't fix it without taking it to his shop. We declined because we were going to be able to take the MH to our regular repairman in a few days. David was honest about his capabilities and spent close to one hour with us. He didn't charge us and refused when we offered to pay for his time.
