I brought my car in and advised Don what was wrong with it. I couldn't get to the part that needed to be fixed and I needed help. After 900 dollars and numerous parts allegedly replaced Don said what I thought was not the issue. I drove off the lot to have my car die and the check engine light come back on. He told me "the other guy worked on it" He also told me the engine light came on earlier but its unrelated and not an issue. I couldn't believe it. After arguing with him I was told that there was "10 things wrong with the car" To top all of this off, Don locked up the shop and LEFT! I called the police to get a police report and am now in the process of having to take this gentlemen to small claims court and bring my car to another shop to actually have the problem resolved. This guy is a authorized dealer, I wouldn't take a car from him if he gave it to me!
