Ordered cake for my son's 16th birthday. Day of went to pick it up and owner was no where to be found. Didn't return my calls. Thankfully Mirabels came through with hours to spare.... Stay far away from this unreliable business

I can't believe this woman is still in business. I was able to get her to make me a cake last year for my daughter's sweet 16 (after calling 9 times and never getting a call back someone finally answered the phone). The cake was delicious but her business skills need a lot of work. This year I ordered another cake (had to go to the house to order it because nobody would return my messages). When I showed up last night to pick up the cake, she told me she had forgotten the order!!! I had no cake on my daughter's 17th birthday! Unbelievable. No apology, no offer of a way to make it up to me, nothing. I got talking to some of my friends who have had similar bad experiences with this business and have not gone back since. My advice - do not order anything from this business!

The cake tasted and looked fine - problem was in following the directions I gave. Their attention to detail could be much better. They did give me a slight refund for their mistake, but if they knew they made the mistake why didn't they just correct it, instead of giving me a cake that wasn't to my specifications.
