In 1992 Stan Eames and David Dapkiewicz founded Synergy Software Technologies, a privately held software development firm, in Essex Junction, Vt. Synergy's suite of products offers solutions for Web-based or local client management, long term care data integration, care planning, assessments, budget tracking, outcome measures, information and referral, nursing home complaint management and barcode scanning. The firm offers a suite of social and human services software products to government and non-profit organizations throughout the United States. Other Synergy products include SAMS, a consumer and case management system, and Omnia System, designed to solve all issues of assessment. FinPak, BeaconIR, Beacon/WEB, SAMScan and OmbudsManager are also trademarked products of Synergy Software Technologies.
