A long walk from their parking lot (lot is not next to their business) in the rain or snow.
Service was very slow, I had to wait over 10 minutes for a waiter came to our table, We were the only ones there. I don't know where the waitress was but we were just about ready to leave!

Our family go there for our birthdays.

I bought a bushel of #1's yesterday for $199. Some were green on the inside as if they've been steamed while dead. The guy tells me he had to buy Carolina crabs (which is why they're green) so people would have had crabs for the holiday. So I asked him to explain to me why me, my boyfriend, and his friend are nauseous/throwing up all day now. He said he didn't know. I asked him if there's anything I could do about it and he didn't offer any refunds only to trade the crabs in for maryland. You didn't give me what I paid for the first time so why would I come a second? I'll be contacting the health department about this one.

Family owned and proudly shows It. The food is excellent and the prices fair. August crabs are the best, and better at Al's!

I ordered bushel of crabs, came home to eat them they were all rotten I called the manager all he said was that they must have been cooked dead he did recook new ones but I will never return

My husband ordered 2 dozen crabs today. They were not fresh at all! My husband, daughter, and myself tasted nothing but ammonia. Not to mention we also paid for males but there were two females in the bag as well. I called and they would not refund. I will not ever order from them again after this!!! I did order from them at least once a month but no more!!!! I do not appreciate wasting my money.
