Provided by YP.comThis place is infested with mice and mold. I would not recommend anyone living there. We found mice droppings in our beds, couches, kitchen appliances, our window sills, in our shoes, closets, food pantry, refrigerator, etc. They would sleep in our couch and dresser drawers and pop out when they were startled. Our dogs even had multiple eye infections for being exposed to the mice, if you have pets BE CAREFUL. We would try to clean the mold but it would grow back. Of course moving in there was easy and everyone was friendly but once you live there your service requests are ignored and conveniently nobody is ever available to talk on the phone. The community also has trash everywhere and the smell of the water is almost unbearable during warmer weather. The most disgusting part was hundreds of mice droppings on the stove and under the stove, if you lift the range panel you will see them an inch from where you cook your food. If you do a walk through I suggest moving the stove, refrigerator, and washer and dryer before accepting the unit.

Provided by YP.comProceed with Caution! This place is a major rip-off and not sure how they get away with it! The place was infested with mice; they live in the walls and stairs and come out after you get comfortable. If you have pets, you really have to have your guard up! I was so exhausted in dealing with mice, never enjoyed the view outside near the water. Speaking of water. ..they overcharged me every month in water bills and you must pay these bills or you will get it on your credit report. I was living alone and taking my showers at the gym; basically just using water to wash clothes and the bill was $40 to $60 a month. Even the two months that I did not live there (because I left early), they were still charging me this amount. Not sure how they get away with doing this? Parking was never a problem. Maintenance never changed the HVAC air filter so it was dirty air circulating; they were supposed to change it but never did. Other than the filter, maintenance was pretty good. Customer service close by was ok; not great; of course treat you the best when you are moving in (must work on commission). Customer Service at the headquarters in College Park is null and void; never answer the phone or return messages. Place is very sad and needs some new ownership. Would never rent here again!
