I feel sorry for the patients in this care facility. The staff is unresponsive and rude. When trying to talk to anyone they get very defensive and it's almost as if they're screaming "we're messing up but I'm not going down for it". I feel so sorry for my grandad that has only gone downhill after being in this facility. Do not put your loved ones here.

Poor Quality

I had a friend here and I would not recommend this facility. Poor quality of care. Strong urine odor throughout facility. Nurses and staff rude and difficult to approach. Call light was on for 15 minutes with no response. Would not recommend this place for your family or loved one. No star to rate this facility.
