Garber High School offers a range of educational programs for students in grades 9 through 12. The school is accredited by the North Central Association. Garber High School maintains a work force of more than 35 employees. Garber High School provides membership opportunities for the National Honor Society. The school offers a variety of athletic opportunities, such as football, tennis, soccer, wrestling, hockey, basketball and baseball. Garber High School conducts classes in physical education, science, music, social studies and special education. The school maintains a library media center and student council. Garber High School also offers instruction in art, English and foreign languages. The school operates various clubs, as well as organizes field trips. It is a part of Essexville-Hampton Public Schools, which governs elementary and high schools.
