JULY 2010 Management will tell you that the area has been 'cleaned up' to sign the lease!! When we moved in the screens were torn, no patio screen (3rd floor) then they installed it backwards and it did not close, ant infestation, disgusting bathroom and kitchen, door jams painted and would not latch, burns on floors, drug paraphernalia, broken refrigerator seal (ran constantly, management would not fix) and full of mold, paint covered stove and windows, molded windows, broken drawers, 1 inch of water on bathroom floor, leaky toilet, kitchen and bathroom fans do not work, 15 gallon hot water tank for 4 people. We cleaned for 2 days after we moved in. I have pictures for proof if you were looking at renting here and would like to email me.



Maintenance men completely unqualified, had to fix things AFTER they left. Neighbors fighting in parking lot @ 1am or in hallways, questionable characters hanging around at all hours. Not a family friendly community.



Help clean up landlords like this and report them!!
