I never had a problem before and don�t be getting smart with people. YOU�RE THE ONE WHO MESSED THIS UP.
As a matter of fact sense you wish to be s fucking smart ass with a loyal customer, I�m going to report this company to the BBB.

Who the hell do you think you are speaking to me like that.
You�re the one that messed up my bank account, where my bank froze my account because on the fact that you kept playing with it.
You charge my account a $1, it processed, then you withdrew the $1, you canceled your action, then you went in again to charge my account for my order. That sent a RED FLAG to my bank which caused them to freeze my account.

You got smart with me over the phone, but I let it slide because I figured you were one of those people with bad customer service skills. You�re just not professional.

I have dealt with this company for a long time. I never had a problem, never had a problem until now.

While we were on the phone, you made fun of my name. You joked about my name. I could had stopped you then but I figured it was due to your ignorance. I mean what type of person makes fun of a customer. I should had reported you then. After that you didn�t place my order because you stated that YOU NEVER SEEN A CREDIT CARD NUMBER LIKE THAT BEFORE SO YOU DID NOT PROCESS MY ORDER. I still have your email on this.

I mean who does that. Who cares what the credit card numbers look like, just run the card. This company never had a problem with my credit card. I�ve been shopping here for years and never a problem until now. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW.

I�m sorry but you are the worst person in the world. You just kept on insulting me and yes I let it slide because I wanted the roll of sock material and the eye tool, but lady, you are a piece of work.

You stated that someone else will now own this company, if that�s true then I pray that you retire and walk off into the sunset. YOU DON�T TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY. YOU DON�T HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSULT PEOPLE.

This is why I�m going to do business with another company. Life is too short to be wasted on people like you.

The Lonewolf Foundation has a division where we create dolls and teddies. We also run a Doll and Teddy Bear Hospital for inter-city youth where we repair a favorite doll or teddy free of charge. We are a Non-Profit organization. We also help provide new Teddies to Children Hospital of Pennsylvania and Virginia because we have offices there. We have provided this service for over 15 years. We started ordering from your company when our favorite store retired.
This company became our go-to company for years. Well until now.
I placed an order with you when I first received your email about your closing. I placed an order for shoes and pocketbooks. With a few weeks I received my order with no problems using the same credit card.

I just purchased some doll shoes from Antina's. The prices were less than half of all other sites I could find. They arrived very quickly and well packed for shipping. I am just thrilled. My Granddaughter's doll is just 12" so little shoes were hard to find. Very Very Happy!!

this place is awesomw, i worked for the company for over 12 years and the family atmospher is so heart warming . i love you guys . And the customer service is over the top. The best place to find all your doll needs.
