We purchased 3 Alex and Ani gold bracelets in the past three months from this store in the Coconut Point mall. All three tarnished at the same time despite being stored in an air conditioned environment in a felt jewelry bag.

We took them back to this store and got no help at all cleaning or replacing them. In fact the clerks were very unsympathetic and said we'd have to clean them ourselves and contact Macy's or Dillards or Alex and Ani ourselves.

They even insinuated that the jewelry was inexpensive so "why should we care"!

They have lost our business and we suggest others should stay away as well.
