Read review...sounds like a disgruntled Office Depot person wrote it. I shop in that store BECAUSE of Lee Pierce. He is friendly and makes my shopping trip fun. He had transferred to another store for a while and I quit shopping there. He came back and the store got its fun vibe back. Its a great store, neat clean and staff is friendly.

Never go to this office max if you are looking for any type of customer service from the manager. At least if his name is Lee Pierce. We bought an ink cartridge from there. It was an OfficeMax brand cartridge sealed in the box and everything. When we plugged it into our printer it did not work. We tried to take it back but the manager refused since it said Office Depot on it. Sure enough, it did say Office Depot, but it was purchased there. After basically calling us liars and stupid, and having no sense of customer service at all, he finally decided to exchange it but only after making sure the exchange was on video camera and inputting our license into the system to make sure they always knew we were bad customers. So he went back into his office and we got a new one but made sure to have the cashier open it first. What do you know!? It was another Office Depot cartridge inside! He refused to come out and apologize to us or see how wrong he was. Lee Pierce is a horrible businessman/m
