Provided by YPmobileI'm super picky when it comes to fajitas and Eds has the best! For those who may be gluten free there is also a gluten free menu. We love the friendly staff and quick service plus consistently good food! With Eds being so popular get there early to beat the crowds!

Provided by YPmobileFresh ingredients, great green chili, and reasonable prices for a tourist town! Most items are things you won't find in the 'normal' Mexican resturant, and those dishes are great!

If you're looking for good Mexican food, then please, pass this place by! The margaritas were good, well, let's just say average, but the food? BLECH! The food was extremely disappointing. I was looking for good Mexican food, and what I found at Ed's was a chile relleno I could have made myself, a mahi fish taco that was inedible (way too fishy tasting for me), and refried beans that were just plain sad...seems like they were put into a blender and forgotten about for an hour. If you're craving good Mexican food, look elsewhere.

We have been dinning at Ed's for 10 years. It's the best food in town. The breakfast burrito is to die for. My daughters and I go there nearly every weekend. This is a family friendly and the locals and visitors place to eat in town.My husband and I go there on friday nights and have a Cantini. This drink is as delicious as it sounds. Shauna invented the new Avacado Marg. I was suspicious at first, but now I am a big fan. I worked in Boulder of many years and had ate at many restaurants. Ed's can stand with the best of them. The food is well prepared and staff is friendly and inviting. If you don't like to chat and laugh a lot then don't ask for Amy as your waitress. Bronson will make sure you receive good service. or else.I have to moved to California for employment. Karla - Elli, Rae and I already miss the breakfast burrito and large chocolate milk. Yum. The BEST is town. Heck Colorado.Kath, Chris, Elli and Rae

When ever we are in Estes we eat at Eds. They have great Pozole, and Fajitas. They have a gluten free menu too. My husband loves the fish and chips, but gets onion rings, instead of chips. We don't drink, so I can't comment on that. Nice decor, and service. I'd give it 5 stars, but the breakfast isn't so great. It might just be me, but the cheese doesn't seem "real", it gets hard quick. I just don't eat there for Breakfast. The salsa is good, it tastes peppery. You do have to pay for chips, but they are like $1. It's not mexican in the tradiional sense, just has a mexican flare. Back when I ate beef, i'd had a burger there and it was good too. There are so many things to choose from, give it a try. The prices vary too, so everyone can find something to fit their taste and wallet. The patio is nice in the summer.

We have absolutely no doubt that this place is serving food out of cans. Problem is that Estes Park is a tough place to find a place which really 'cooks' food. Than also 98% of the town closes at 8 pm, so the tourists are at the mercy of canned food experts like Ed's Cantina. You may be better off getting a frozen dinner, or canned food, from the Safeway and microwaving it in your motel room....That is, if you value your hard earned money and can tell the difference between good and canned food.....
