Why is this woman not in jail? It's an embarrassment for the town of EP to have this woman 'doing business' on Morraine Avenue, ripping off tourists. She took my money, with the promise of designing a ring, and has now disappeared; it is going to be difficult to pursue her because I have come back home. If you look at Yelp reviews, this is a pattern for her. She appears very kind and sincere; don't be fooled, you likely will not receive what you pay for.

She is a thief. Opens bank accounts with $5.00 and then goes on a HOT CHECK writing spree. DEAL WITH HER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Also goes by Sierra Foster or Sierra Smallbird Foster.
