Provided by YP.comHorrible service: they put the policy in arrears after THEY returned the check from my mortgage escrow twice; PNC bank got tired of the electronic bounces so they cut the check to paper the third time. I had to call state farm customer service to get them to call Susan's office - she has not once contacted us in the two months of this issue. The word "service" does not exist in her dictionary. Each time I call, I get a different person - Emily, duane or lily - and they are not aware of any cancellation issues so I have to explain what they should know all over again. An absolute horror to "communicate".
