I rented a U-Haul from this company this weekend and was chargred extra for truck clean up when we spend 20 minutes sweeping the whole truck before taking it back and I even took pictures when we returned it to prove this! When I contacted the company on Manday to dispute this charge I was told they couldn't help me b/c they were just a satalite company for U-Haul and had nothing to do with the charges. I asked for a number for U-Haul to fix the problem and they told me that they did not have a number to U-Haul and I would need to find it myself. I also have pictures of the truck bed when we picked it up b/c there were blue stones and leaves already in it that we also cleaned out so maybe I should charge them for that clean up! Save yourself the hassel and use another company to rent your U-Haul from
