I have attempted to use my Entertainment book coupons 2 x at this location ($5 off $25 net). The first time, the coupon was not even registered in the system and it took the cashiers 10 minutes to figure out how to enter it. The second time, the coupon was scanned for $0.50 instead of $5.00, then I was accused of bringing a photocopied coupon by the manager who refused to come to the front of the store to confront me so I had to find her at the back of the store and was met with an unfriendly stare, and finally the cashier had to take off one of my items to get the $5.00 off because the system did not allow for a coupon over $1. I will not be going to the store for any reason in the future.

The store organization is horrible. The prices aren't that great either - not competitive with other stores and the packaging is different to make you think you are saving money. I used to go there in a pinch when I needed something small, but not anymore.

They always have what you need. Family Dollar has saved me from making a lot of trips to Lawrence.
