Rude, snotty, short and incompetent in every conversation. Not up-to-date technology-wise; agent couldn't email me quotes and said he wasn’t up on all the technology. I originally called to get quotes on auto, home and life. David Miller, the agent, quoted me on the auto and home and said he'd get back to me on the life, which he did not. So I called again and the receptionist acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. David called me back and said he wouldn't quote life with his main insurance company because my husband is a diabetic, even though all the other agencies I got quotes from didn't have a problem. He said there was another company he goes through for life anyway, but he wanted to know if I was going to get the auto and home insurance with him. I said I hadn’t made a decision, yet. That I was quoting several agencies, to which he acted surprised. So I clarified if he was going to quote life or not and he said he wouldn’t because he was afraid “I was playing him!” Excuse me? Just because I’m getting quotes from other people??? I told him that I get several quotes on things like this before I make a decisions. That I felt that was the responsible thing to do. Whether insurance or anything that is going to cost a lot of money. So, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY. THERE ARE A LOT MORE FISH IN THE SEA!
