Very disappointed with the attitude of the employees and vet. They have no customer service skills. I am new to the area and looking for a vet for my 19 year old cat. I stopped by to talk to the staff regarding flea care and special food for a older cat. They seemed to know nothing of caring for a old cat. They sold me a flea product called Cheristin (spinetoram) for $23.00 for one month. I received no product information with drug cautions. I went home and researched the manufacturer Elanco Animal Health drug warning information. The product manufacturer drug warning information indicated Cheristin should not be applied to aged cats. This product was originally called Assurity and pulled from the market due to pet deaths. The vet office knew my cat was old and still sold me this product.
I tried to return the product they sold me for a refund or credit. They were rude and would take no responsibility for selling me a product that could kill my cat.

Very poor customer service. I will look for a office that has more knowledge of the products that they are selling to the public
