I have had problems from day one. My first router was faulty and it took a month of calling and messaging them to have it replaced. When the owner offered to fix the Fire Stick I received from Reconnect as an incentive I was grateful. After a week of doing nothing and refusing communication from me I gave him a bad review on Facebook and he refused to keep his word, his offer and sent the Fire Stick back to me in worse condition than he got it. His customer service skills aren't evolved yet, he was hostel and rude and wouldn't come to any compromise. He claimed BBB accreditation and they don't have it. The website is bogus, it's a domain for sale.
Do yourself a favor and find a different provider.
