I was in Eugene OR at the time, but had a bad experience. The company contracts out to people not fully checked out and the ones I got seemed very dishonest. I caught the guys standing around several times doing nothing, and when they were prepping furniture or moving it they were purposely taking much longer, dragging their feet - almost looked comical except it was costing me extra and I wasn't laughing. For what should have been 1 and a half hours to load the truck (just one person and 1 bedroom of furniture), they took 3 hours and since this was hourly it doubled the cost. They also brought up in the beginning how other people would tip them quite generously. I have nothing against tipping or being generous but this should not be brought up by the movers as an expectation at the beginning. In the end they did not deserve the tips because it was clearly obvious they were going slow to make the job give them more hours. It doubled my whole cost of what I thought I would pay. I also felt like I had to tip them because they would vandalize or steal something otherwise. . Next time I will pay more and go with an established professional moving service with a solid quote based on an estimate from someone who comes out to give it. Hope this helps you..

I used back savers last month and they did a wonderful job! They were 10 minutes late but they did call me to make sure that I knew that. The two movers, Mike and Cameron worked hard, knew what they were doing, and were very professional. They packed my Uhual very nicely for my move to southern Oregon. I recommend this service!

I hired them in Reno, NV last Saturday, December 8th, 2012. The two movers showed up right on time. The first piece of furniture they carried down our stairs they dropped and damaged the wall and the cherry wood entertainment center. Through the course of the next 4 hours they dropped my brand new couch, ripped off the dinning room table leg and made additional gouges in the drywall. I called during the move and they stated, don't worry about it, we will take care of it. I called when the job was finished and was again assured they would take care of it. I paid the workers and have never heard from them again. I have tried to contact them continuously for days now without a call back. I have emailed them and left phone messages with all my info numerous times. I cannot recommend them until they call me and deal with the issues.
