Located in Eugene, Ore., the Bethel School District 52 is one of the largest school districts in Lane County, Ore. It has an annual enrollment of more than 5,700 students and operates over 10 elementary, middle and high schools. The district encompasses nearly 31 square miles and features bike trails, wetlands, public parks, streams and a portion of Fern Ridge Reservoir. The Bethel School District 52 also features laboratories, shops, gymnasiums and performing arts auditoriums. It supports the TAG program, which is designed to meet the educational needs of academically talented and intellectually gifted students in grades kindergarten trough grade 12 who are capable of performing at advanced levels and accelerated rates of learning.
