All we can say is “Wow”. Your product, service, and expertise are unparalleled, and we will never use another hardwood flooring company except Bigfoot.



We purchased Lumber Liquidators flooring in early July 2012, and installed it just after the Fourth holiday. Even as we installed, we knew something was wrong. It creaked terribly, at every single seam, with every single step.

Even standing still, it creaked under pure weight. We immediately initiated a dispute with Lumber Liquidators, and although they said they’d send an inspector, instead they sent us a letter giving us the eleven reasons why it was entirely our fault. With their refusal to even consider inspecting it, and our sanity on the very edge with this maddeningly creaky floor, we ripped it out three weeks later and installed the amazing product we got from you at Bigfoot. And it goes beyond just the product… your assistance and expertise in helping us select just the right thing, great instructions and advice on perfect installation, and tremendous follow-up during and after our installation. And as if your service, product and expertise were not enough we very much appreciate the letter your wrote on our behalf to support our claim against Lumber Liquidators. We are certain that it was the tipping point that resulted in getting a full refund from Lumber Liquidators for the cost of the flooring we purchased from them.
