Provided by YP.comI made an appoint for 12 and made it very clear that I had somewhere to be! I got there exactly at 12 and I sat there for over 40 min! That's disrespectful! Not taking consideration of your clients time! If you know you're not going to have the time to do someone's hair, do not accept the appointment!!! It's that simple! Very bad! I had to leave without even getting my hair done! Very disappointed!!!! If I could give no stars I would!

The first time that I went to Blessings everything was okay. My hair stylist was Brian. I wasn't stoked on the atmosphere but I felt that my hair was cut well. For a simple trim, which is what I like, I decided that Blessings was just fine and so was Brian. The next time I went in for a trim I saw Brian again because the first time was fine. This time things were drastically different. First, my appointment was 15 minutes late which wasn't a big deal. But then, a few minutes after he sat me down at the chair and began working on my hair he appeared to be distracted. All of a sudden he stopped working and told me that he had another client that he was in the middle of working on and that he needed to finish putting a relaxer on her hair he wanted me to wait until he was done with her. I was a bit confused and he explained that his receptionist booked the appointments wrong and never corrected the mistake. He said that he would give me a discount if I stayed.I ended up waiting while he went to get the client from the shampoo sink are that he wasn't done with. He had her sit in the chair next to me and he put relaxer on her hair. Meanwhile I sat there as he chatted with her. When he was finished with her relaxer, he didn't even bother to wash his hands before he began to work on my hair. The other client stayed in the chair next to me the whole time that my hair cut was in session which was really uncomfortable as she continued to talk with Brian while he was cutting my hair at times. When my hair cut was over, Brian asked for an increased price from the first time that I had seen him. Yet he did not inform me prior to my appointment that he had raised the prices. Nor did he offer me any discount like he said he would at the start of my trim. He just complained that cost of living had gone up and that he needed to raise the price. I ended up paying him five dollars more than his increased price because I felt bad for him and didn't want to wait for him to give me change. I just wanted to leave. Not to mention, the hair cut was not stellar at all. The trim looked a little off which I didn't notice until I washed it out at home as Brian straightened my hair for the cut. I will not go back to Blessings again. I will not use Brian again. The atmosphere at Blessings felt dingy and the service that I received from the set up of my appointment with the receptionist to the completion of the appointment with Brian was less than desirable.
