Brads fixed what Lexus couldn't. Lexus had charged over a thousand dollars each time I took the vehicle in. I spent over five thousand on it there before they told me there was no point to working on it because it's a 90's model and I should just buy a new one.
Defeated, I took my car to Brads to get a final diagnoses of what was causing the clunking and deceased power on acceleration. They drove it around, and brought it back. A few hours later they said I was missing bolts on one side my engine /tranny mount forcing it to raise up, slam down and lose power.
They loaned me a car to get to my appointments, and get the kids from school, fixed the problem and sent me off for 1/16th of the cost Lexus charged...
And they didn't make me feel like my sentimental car was worthless, or make me feel inferior for being too poor to buy a new Lexus.
Top notch!

HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST

I took my truck in there to track down a grinding noise that I could not figure out. Ron first told me it was a bad wheel bearing, so I told him to replace both front wheel bearings for 400. That did not fix the problem. I brought it back in and they went through all kinds of stuff. Ron told me the transmission was bad and the clutch was going out so I trusted him and told him to go ahead and fix it. They rebuilt the transmission and got a new clutch. The noise was still there. Long story short, I spent 3 thousand dollars with them and another shop just said it was my exhaust rubbing on the bell housing and it took 10 minutes to fix. Long story short they took advantage of a trusting customer and when asked about it I was told "were mechanics not majicians". I would never use them no matter what. Very dishonest people!

Don't trust them!

I will not recommend this automotive shop to anyone. I took our truck in for a alignment which they said it would take about a 1/2 hour my appointment was at 2pm and at 2:50pm I ask how much longer as I had to start work at 4pm. They told me about 45 more mins so I asked if I could pay now to save time after work was completed and I paid. I explained to them how I was going to be late for work. At 4pm a different guy told me they needed another 1 1/2 hours to complete the job and asked if I could leave it over night because they closed at 5pm and the truck still pulls to the right and they need to replace a bolt/adjusters. I asked if it was going to cost us more money and he said no its part of the alignment. I left the truck and had to call for a ride for me and my 8 month year old son. Long story short i was told 3 time I wasn't being charged anymore by 2 different people and I didn't get my truck until 5pm the next day and they charged me an extra 70.00 dollars or refuse to give me my truck back. I tried to reason with Ron and he would not let me speak and yelled at me rudely and yelled "pull that truck back in here we're putting the old bolts back on."

I will never go here again not to mention their wait area was '70 themed and dirty, I was afraid to get my son out of his car seat!

Don't even think about going to this place, you won't get a straight answer, you will be treated rudely, you will be charged for things you shouldn't be charged for, you won't get your car back when promised. The manager (Ron) is unprofessional, sarcastic, and frankly, dishonest. Read the other reviews, there is a common theme here.

I bought their coupon that included four oil changes, coolant flush, alignment and a couple other small services because I needed to get a good Mechanic. The work seems fine if you don't mind the poor customer service. They kept my car twice most of the day for oil change. The second time they would have closed on a Friday and kept it all weekend if we hadn't called and made them stay open so we could get it. I thought when they said they'd call when it was done they actually would. The owner then got smart*** when we mentioned it to him. I'm still looking for a Mechanic.

Sometimes people are so skepti...

Sometimes people are so skeptical regarding automotive repairs that when they find some place honest, they are just looking for something to complain about. I disagree with any place that serves the public that more things are going wrong UNLESS the car has been neglected for so long that the person who owns the car is just BLUFFING and wants something for nothing. Any respectable dealer, or private company does the best they can and the men who service vehicles must be schooled in the Automotive Service Industry and usually have a certificate hanging somewhere on the lobby wall. Just look for it. Then, get a written estimate of repairs and then take your car in and keep track of things by your owner's manual when service is needed. That's all.

The longer they had it the more things they kept telling us we needed to do to the car. We always had to call them they never called us. Poor.
