Provided by YP.comThese guys were unbelievable. I brought them a brand new blade because i was told they could get my blade sharper than the manufacturer (tenryu), boy was I told wrong. Not only did these guys take off more than Eugene Carbide (did't think it was possible) but im now getting some serious bottom end blow out from the same style blade I have been using for years. Thanks but no thanks.
Dear Cabinet Cowboy: Our company is committed to excellent customer service and we regret that you did not bring this issue to our attention at the time of service, thereby allowing us to address your concerns and the opportunity to provide you with the satisfaction we've shown our customers for over 25 years. Many customers find our sharpening service to be superior to that of the manufacturer and ask us to sharpen new tools before they first use them. If you'll give us the opportunity to do the same for your tooling we'll guarantee our workmanship to you as we always have to our valued customers.

Provided by YP.comI've been taking my saws, router bits, lathe tools, band saws, planer blades, drill bits, shaper cutters, dato sets, you name it, I've taken it to Cascade Carbide for around 9 years now. They do a fantastic job every time, nice clean grinds, fair prices. I'm glad they are close to where I work and can get my tooling back to me within my time frame, which really helps when I wreck something and need it back quick, they don't even charge for rushing the work back. I've had them make me a bunch of custom profiled router bits and cutters, and everytime they hit it dead on. And on the rare occasion they didn't they we're very helpful in taking care of it right away at no charge. At any rate, highly recogmended. I feel I owed them a good word. Thanks again and again Cascade Carbide!
And to the other reviewer...
There is no way a saw sharpening place is going to sharpen a blade sharper than factory unless it's a planner blade.. that was a dumb idea to have a sharp blade sharpened. Sounds like your making stuff up. They make it a point to never take too much off, they remove any chips i put in my blades and that's it, no more no less. If you have a problem with their work, just take it back, they always are willing to fix any error they make or at least explain why they did what they did. I know they shapen saw blades for many fine furniture, door, and cabinet applications that require consistant accurate tollerances and extremely fine grinds everytime. Sad that someone wants to rag on them when I know they do awesome work no one else would be dissatisfied with.
