Everyone at Rapid Refill is knowledgeable, patient, and treats you like you're the number one customer. They are respectful and courteous over the phone and in person. One man cleaned my printer, a woman made an emergency stop on her route when I was in the middle of a project, and another man looked into how my new printer works. Their prices are GREAT, considering the convenience. It's more than just delivery - it's like having another trusted staff member. On one delivery they changed my cartridges for me while I helped a customer. They go above and beyond my expectations almost every time! Wonderful! Thank you, Rapid Refill!
