Ive had a couple units with castle. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful and then I meant the manager.

I got there as she was closing, it was an emergency i needed another unit. She refused to help me and was so rude. I was dumbfounded. I also needed 24 hour access and she refused to help me at all. I was so upset. I understand she was leaving, but if iy was me I wouldve gone back in and helped anyone who needed it. She should not be a manager at all. Their sign says friendly service, not her. Im going down the road to rent another storage unit just because of her. Unbelievable!

The office staff are always polite and helpful. Their facility is very secure and the storage unit I rented was very clean. Affordable rates!

Very friendly, good size units, very helpful, unit was vert clean. would recommend. Easy payment options, Very secure on site.

When my fiance and I were renting a storage unit before the "big move" the ladies in the front office could not have been more nice. One of the ladies was training and she did a great job. We are very happy with our choice.

David Finfock, impersonater of Elvis is a friend of mine. When I seen his picture on a Castle Storage's website, then I knew this was the storage place for me.



After visiting several Storage places in Eugene, Oregon before I seen the Castle Storage website, there was no doubt once I was there at Castle Storage in person, that Elvis, (David Finfock) knew what he was doing when he rented from Castle Storage.



Elvis was not only the reason I decided to rent from Castle Storage. Why, it was the Friendly Staff that knows what there doing that gave me the peace of mind to leave my precious belongings with them.

Security, Peace of Mind, Clean Enviroment.

I feel confident that I will have No worries when it comes to Mice getting into my belongings.

Now what more can anyone who needs to rent a Storage Place ask for?

The property is clean and well kept. The sliding scale rates (based on the duration of the rental) are very reasonable. The staffs are friendly. Highly recommend.

I have the utmost respect for the friendly staff at castle storage. They will go out of their way to make your rental safe, secure, and easy to get in and out of. You will love their low rates as well.

I am a recently new renter at Castle Storage, and so far I am greatly satisfied with their service. The property is well kept and their surveillance system is excellent. I don't have a lot to compare Castle Storage to because this is the first time that I have rented a storage unit. However, they are very friendly, plainly explain all policies and maintain a very nice and clean facility.



They are also quite accommodating if you need to change unit sizes. I started in a 12x20 then downsized to a 5x10 and lastly to a 5x5. They made the process very easy and show me on my bill how payments that I had paid to the larger sizes we being applied as credits upon downsizing!



Like I said, I can't compare them to other storage businesses but very few businesses in general have this kind of staff and dedication towards customer service! Get your stuff here ASAP!

Always nice, polite, helpful people in the office. Clean facility. I have had no concerns about security.

We had had nothing but a great experience with Castle Storge. Its close to our house, the people that work there are great and we all love the candy in the office when we visit. It was recommended to us by my cousin and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a fairly new customer at Castle Storage, but so far I am very impressed. The facilities are very well maintained, clean, and easy to navigate. There is a high level of security, and a very helpful, friendly staff in the office. Hours and prices are very competitive. I would certainly recommend other come to Castle.
