Kathy has a deep understanding of the body and of healing. She is a wonderfully calming presence, and has the knowledge to help with many problems. She has helped me with post surgery recovery, chronic pain issues, and has enabled me to understand myself better, allowing for better self healing even when I amnot with her. She is an invaluable addition to any health care team!

Kathie's chi works. She has mastered her craft. Kathie's deep experience and skill make her table-work delightful, dependable, wise, gentle, penetrating and extremely effective. Over the years that Kathie has worked with me, she has progressively adapted her unique and expert water-work skills to perfectly match my ever-evolving capability and comfort in the water. There is no experience like it. Anyone will benefit by getting on the table and/or having a few, or more, floats in the pool with Kathie. You simply can't go wrong.

I have Kathie's treatments each time I travel to Eugene. Her water treatment form of massage is exactly what removes my travel stress. Depending on the length of time I am in Eugene, her hot stone treatment is simply heaven too. Her 'regular' massage manages to eliminate any and all pains I may have; add to that, I leave rested, with better posture, and no doubt happier because of the sincere caring Kathie gives to each client. Seeing her work within the disabled community brought me to tears. I find her work to be of her heart. Love heals.

I was experiencing severe neck pain due to injuries and chronic overcompensating and was referred to Kathie Knowles. When I go to Kathy for my massage I know that I will get the best care. Kathy has so much experience and has integrated so much into her work that you feel quite transformed after getting off her table. She has a strong knowledge and background of Chinese massage, acupressure and herbs, as well as various Western modalities. She also does Watsu, which is like dying and going to heaven. I highly recommend Kathy for both table and water bodywork.
